Your funds directly support project costs: building materials for tiny houses, site preparation grants for homeowners, and relocation funds for families transitioning to permanent housing. We prioritize minimal overhead.
Absolutely! You can choose to sponsor a specific tiny house, contribute to the homeowner grant fund, or support general operations where the need is greatest.
Our goal is to have our permanent "tiny home village" established. Families will either transition to that community, move into traditional housing with our support, or the hosting agreement may be extended if needed.
It’s an initiative where kind and responsible homeowners allow a small, fully equipped tiny home to be placed in their backyard to provide temporary housing for individuals or families in need.
Each placement is typically for up to six months, giving families time to regain stability while GWCM helps them transition into permanent housing.
Yes. Participating homeowners receive a monthly yard rental fee to help cover space and utility costs during the placement period.
You can apply online through our website or email info@greatwaysconnected.org. Once submitted, our team reviews applications and reaches out for next steps.
