Our goal is to have our permanent "tiny home village" established. Families will either transition to that community, move into traditional housing with our support, or the hosting agreement may be extended if needed.
It’s an initiative where kind and responsible homeowners allow a small, fully equipped tiny home to be placed in their backyard to provide temporary housing for individuals or families in need.
Each placement is typically for up to six months, giving families time to regain stability while GWCM helps them transition into permanent housing.
Yes. Participating homeowners receive a monthly yard rental fee to help cover space and utility costs during the placement period.
